We offer new items (Products) and Services Daily, Weekly and Monthly as we have them available in stock. All SOLD OUT stocks will be taken off the website once they are sold out. What payment options do i have?
We offer two (2) Payment Options at the main time. Bank Deposit or Cash Payment at our Warehouse Office. We are working on other payment options to enable you make payment online via Credit card and Debit card.

Can i have The Goodthings Centre Merchandize Delivered to my Home, Office and Event Centres?
Yes, we can! That's why we came up with the WarehouseDirect delivery service. Our ''WarehouseDirect service delivers GROCERIES such as: Rice, Assorted Brands of Plastic Bottled Drinks & Water--including house hold consumables to your Home, Office and Venue of your Events.

I live outside outside Nigeria (Africa). Can i have my Merchandize delivered to me abroad?
Presently we don't ship merchandize abroad. With special arrangments, We can! We can only ship via courier companies like Fedex, UPS or DHL.
The reason is that, the packaged merchandize will deliver on time and you can track your shipment sucurely with real time online tracking via the respective courier company website using the tracking number we'll email to you after the merchandize is hand over to the courier company.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges and customs charges when it arrives their country of residence.

What are the shipping options if i want my purchased offer delivered to me at Home or Office?
The shipping options are: Fedex, UPS, DHL, EMS and Zenith Carex Courier. To learn more about the courier companies, you can Google them to get more information.
Please note, which ever shipping option you go for, once the merchandize is handed over to the courier company, you'll received email and SMS notification with your tracking number.

What if i don't like the Product offer i paid for, Can i return it?
All our products deals are BRAND NEW. In original packaging. 'Tear Leather !'
It has manufacturer's warranty with user instructions.We advise you make up your mind completely before paying for any Products or Services offer. This will save you the time, money and energy in making return request which might NOT be accepted.

What's your REFUND/CANCELLATION policy?
Our REFUND policy is easy and simple!

PRODUCT DEALS: If you have paid for a deal and we have NOT packaged it for shipment--we'll refund your money less 5% Administrative and Handling charges of the money you paid.
If we have packaged it and about shipping it to you, you'll get your refund, less 10% administrative charges.
If you come to our warehouse office to make cash payment and you change your mind as per your choice deal, you will get a full refund of your money. Please Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping charges and all other duty charges by customs.
SERVICE DEALS: REFUND/CANCELLATION policy for the service deals is quite different from the products deals. Once payment is made for the service deals of your choice, any refund request will attract 10% administrative charges and less any expenses (for ICT related services, branding services etc) incurred while working on the services. For training programs, the same 10% charges will apply.
Once the training program commences, without you completing the duration of the training in order to get your cerification, you can only get 50% of your money back!
